Getting started

I selected 'Let ImageArts choose' for me. Do I need to fill out this form?

No! If you selected 'Let ImageArts choose' on your original order, there's nothing else you need to do. Our team will select the photos for you.

What's the difference between SmartMotion AI and Custom Slideshow?

SmartMotion AI adds AI-generated camera movement to your selected photos. Custom Slideshow presents your photos in a traditional slideshow.

How do I submit my photos?

Choose your service, enter your Download Center link in the link field, and load the gallery. Select the photos you want included, then review and submit your instructions.

Where do I find my Download Center link?

Sign in to the IAP Client Portal and open the listing you’re working with. Select Download, then choose View Download Center. Copy the full URL from your browser’s address bar and paste it into the link field.

How do I choose the order of my photos?

Photos start in the order you select them. On the Playback Order step, drag photos or use the Position menu beneath each photo to set the final sequence. If your photos are in a ZIP file, expand it to select them; they use the same playback controls.

Customization

Can I choose the music?

Yes. Choose Dance, Indie, Pop, Classical, or Country. No preference is the default if you’d like to leave the choice to us.

Can I request a vertical video?

Yes. Choose Vertical 9:16 under Orientation. Horizontal 16:9 is the default. Photos may be cropped to fit your chosen format, so parts of the original image may not appear.

Can I include specific instructions?

Yes. Add optional notes to individual photos on the Playback Order step, and use Overall notes on the Finishing step for instructions that apply to the whole video.

How many photos can I use?

SmartMotion AI allows up to 20 photos. Custom Slideshow does not have that 20-photo limit.

Delivery and changes

When will my video be ready?

The standard estimated delivery is the next business day. The 5 p.m. Pacific cutoff applies Monday through Friday; instructions received at or after the cutoff, on a weekend, or on a holiday recognized by our delivery calendar are counted from the next business day before the next-day estimate is calculated. Your Review page shows the estimated date.

Can I change my instructions after submitting?

We begin working on orders quickly, so changes to work already underway may not be possible. Email video@imageartspro.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
